TJ has expressed how instrumental the entire staff team has been in guiding and encouraging him throughout his journey, particularly in completing the prestigious Prince’s Trust program. This accomplishment led TJ to receiving a certificate, which he proudly sees as a significant milestone. TJ highlighted a special moment when our staff accompanied him to his graduation, an event he described as a first of its kind. The pride and happiness he felt on that day were palpable and he appreciates the support he received from everyone involved at the Vicarage. Furthermore, he has requested that the service lead upload videos and photos from his graduation ceremony to the LINX website, allowing him to share this proud moment with a broader audience. In closing, TJ expressed heartfelt gratitude towards everyone at the Vicarage for their unwavering support and kindness exhibited.

Daniel had expressed at the time, that he wanted to share this moment with us at Stanbury, because he considered us family. Daniel appreciated the support even after leaving Stanbury and coming back to visit. On his last few visits he had asked for guidance on how to apply for his British Citizenship. After completing the process and being successful he contacted the Stanbury team  to share the exciting news and asked if Shelly and other member of staff could attend the ceremony.

I do not need further support, a Manager and the team support me.  I do not have my Mother and Father with me here, but because of the support I get, I feel like their presence is here, because I feel supported by everyone and I'm much happier.

Everything here at The Gables is good. I like it here; the home is nice. I like the staff and I know I can talk to them if I have a problem. They offer lots of support to me. They supported me to get into college which I really enjoy.

I cannot fault the service – they always keep me well informed in regards to my grandchild.

The home is modern and provides a very homely environment. My son has the freedom he requires although always supported by an excellent team of people.

Gobsmacked at the placement – Can’t believe it is a semi-independent provision. The boys seem really happy here.

Absolutely chuffed how CB is settling and so positive. The placement is beautiful and CB is very lucky.

The Gables is one of the nicest provisions I have seen.

MA saw staff at the shops in Hatfield. She was really happy to see staff and informed staff that she is now a Mother to baby number 2 and still with Adam and they are very happy, living in WGC.

AA came to the front door and said hi to staff and greeted with big smiles, and informed staff how well he is doing, and thanked staff for all they have done. He told staff that he has a girlfriend now, and lives in Luton, he has a job, and a baby on the way.

RCH said to staff that SD and CE are really good, as there the only ones that understand me and my ADHD.

TE did say that up until his birthday he is very happy to be at Flamingo , and likes that when he is sick or unhappy he can come to staff, and actually worries that we will not be there when he moves on from Placement.

Thank you for doing your jobs well. All staff are very nice and have helped me grow up. When I came here I was crazy and you guys helped me. I feel staff care and want me to be safe.

Rebecca – You are a star, Thank you again for all your support. You are amazing and all your support sh0ws with the Young People feeling happy, settled and safe.

How lucky I was to be placed at The Gables. I speak to other Young people who have had terrible experiences at other provisions but I only have good memories. Met some good people. Visiting feels like coming home. The support has helped me be where I am today – I won’t be a stranger.
