RA’s Achievements

My achievements since I joined Linx 16+

The first thing l liked is the homely nature of the service. Sharing the kitchen and managing my budget improved my independent skills.

My best outcome l have achieved is to enrol at a local college to do my ESOL course. I am in the second team enjoying English and Maths.  I always receive support from staff and other professionals.

We are like a family with the other boys l share the house with. We do monthly meetings, share food, and stories, and watch football after the meeting.

My picture:  l was sitting in the living room, tracing my online shopping parcel on my laptop, l received from social service for studying.  It was half-term. It is a big space where we enjoy watching TV in our spare time.

Talking with staff , other boys and at college has improved my spoken English.
